Park City Family Restaurant in Janesville

Owner, or the guy running the register i assume is the owner, made comments about someone's size without flat out saying it and upset that person enough to make them not wanna eat while they were there. Probably never gonna go back to that place anymore.

I've been here a few times. Only complaint is one time the lady (owner?) was too busy on her phone to cash me out when I walked up. Food is cheap, good and fresh. Servers are attentive and polite.

Everything at this restaurant is Delicious!! There breakfast skillets are heaped with toppings. They use fresh potatoes, homemade turkey, homemade beef roast, and lean ground beef if your meal includes these items. The staff is super friendly, the place is always clean and tidy. It's usually busy, but have never had to wait for a table. You will be full and happy once you leave here, and will want to return again and again!!

We love coming for breakfast. Very friendly staff, quick service and prices are fair. Definitely would recomend to others.

Impressive service. Had 3 people come to my table making sure all was well and moving things along (all helpful). Also asked for a side of over easy eggs mid meal and got them in less than 2 minutes. Not sure how that's possible, but it happened.

We love Park City Restaurant. It's our "go to" for Friday fish and just about any other time. The owners and family are so nice. The rest of the staff is also so friendly and attentive to customers. The food is always good. Prices are reasonable.

Good food, good service, quiet atmosphere -- on opening the front doors, you are greeted by fresh-made pies displayed in a large glass case. This is a classic American restaurant with professional wait staff and good cooks -- no summer-job staff here. Fortunately, this place hasn't fallen prey to the modern 'hard surfaces everywhere" design motif.

Had the meat lovers skillet on top of the american fries (different from the french ones) meat all the way through big portion for the price...service was top notch, the waitress checked on us regularly and the food was very tasty....

Quick friendly service with tasty breakfast and strong coffee! Nice variety of classic American dishes with a 80's diner vibe. Laid back dining with fair prices and large portions. My server was happy to substitute toast for melon to be mindful of my gluten intolerance. Great little local spot with a fresh bakery case.

We popped through here on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised! The parking lot was empty and the inside decor was very dated however the service was amazing and the food was delicious! I don't know why this place was empty because everything at our table of 5 looked great and tasted better! Definitely check this place out whether your local or passing through!

Staff is friendly food is a bit overpriced but besides that the food is very good The corn beef and cabbage is very good

Mashed potatoes were hard and big chunks not cooked. Soup was barely warm. Waitress made excuses for food rather than offering to replace

Stopped in for coffee and pie. Friendly staff, coffee and pie were very good. Definitely will be back.

The food was very good, and the whole atmosphere of the restaurant what is exactly like what you would expect from a family restaurant. I do recommend this for family gatherings.

Very clean bright restaurant with pleasant and professional staff. Food is tasty and servings are substantial. Our meals were served quickly and coffee was refilled often. Plenty of parking for a late lunch. Plenty of senior and daily specials. The Julienne salad is huge and full of meat and cheeses.

Service was great. Price is average. The food is average. Chichen fried steak was salty half way through it. Mash potatoes were sort of ok. Soup good .rolls were dry .

Great service here. Very friendly! My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast very much (hot and fresh!). The waiter was attentive and very prompt. Will definitely patronize in the future. Thank you Park City Family Restaurant!

Order was wrong. Took 20 minutes to correct and required me asking about it a second time before the waitress went to the kitchen to tell them I was still waiting for food. My friend finished her meal while I waited for mine. Not enough wait staff. Won't be back.

Awesome breakfast, breakfast steak was as big as a dinner steak at most restaurants, cooked to perfection and so tender l could have cut it with a butter knife! Park City will be highly recommend by me to all my family and friends!!

I cannot begin to tell you how friendly of a place it was from the moment we walked in the door. My husband and I took our daughter and two-and-a-half-year-old grandsons here and it was so refreshing to us. The atmosphere for being children friendly, from the employees and owner, made it a place of being at peace especially when my grandsons were getting a little ornery or excited. The interaction that the employees, including the owner, had with us, was a very refreshing treat. I most certainly would recommend this place for the food alone. And then, you add, being able to sit down and be at peace that we were not going to upset people when our grandsons started occasionally getting a little too loud. If I ever come back to this area, since we were only visiting the area to go to the Rotary Botanical garden light show, I will most certainly come back to eat here. Very fresh delicious food!

The fish had a different batter which did not have any flavor. We have eaten there prior and it was excellent.

Most of their staff are friedley & you get excellent service. Their menu has a very good selection of Entrees, Senior selection, desserts and reasonable prices. Their food is very good. I enjoy going there occasionally.

Today was our first time at Park City. We loved it! First off, the restaurant was very clean and has lovely woodwork. We were immediately seated and our waitress, Debbie, was very welcoming. I had mentioned I was starving, so Debbie asked what kind of soup we wanted and brought it over so I could eat something while going over the menu. Debbie has been there 20 years and her waitressing skill shine. Debbie was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The navy bean soup, btw, is delicious. So, onto the food. We had hot sandwiches that were super yummy. Large portions that were hot and fresh. I loved the french fries. We can't wait to go back and try them for breakfast and dinner.

2nd time ive gone in there and it was an awful experience. Sat down and it was 5 min before anyone even came up to me. When they did, they asked if i was ready to order. I never even saw a menu wasnt asked if i wanted anything to drink, had to tell them that i needed a water and coffee. Oredered my food and asked for the bacon extra crispy and fruit with my eggs and i got soft soggy bacon an hashbrowns and no fruit. I will never go back there again

Terrible coffee, did not have any soup left with fish dinner& we were not offered any substitute & still billed at full price. Fish was not cooked, & tasted like cardboard. DO NOT EAT HERE. McDonald's is a better alternative.

Park City is a great place to eat, they are very friendly and have the best service around. If you are looking for an amazing home cooked meal, this is the place to go. Their food and service is fantastic!
